it could be. but im not 100% certain. i would try calling the company that made the laptop and ask them about it and see if they could help. and if it is you most likely could send it in for repair for free.

lol i think i might take it back to the shop tbh and get another one!

i cant really do anymore! its still the same i just checked it now and its down to 2mbs again

yea ask them bout it first cause it may not be hardware problem. maybe im just not smart enough to fix it lol.
