I just looked over the hjt ... (although I'm not all that good at it) and I can't see anything.

I'll give you the symptoms.

Sometimes IM stalls before it connects to the web.
On occasion Yahoo locks up on me and can't even type, exit or anything.
Browser (Netscape) locks up at times.
Sometime after browser locks up ... (after hitting ctrl - alt - delete) browser will melt off screen.
Very slow shut down at times.
Some programs have to be prompted to start a few times before it initiates.
Started having problems with D drive .... some stuttering in performance.

Have ran many different types of test on this computer ... coming out clean. Had very good results at another site ... minimal resource usage. Lots of free space on disc.

New problems ... computer still locking up. Lost my automatic updater. Sometimes it won't shut down. Not always finding the internet connection. Ran a couple of registry cleaners .... all is clean. Used a registry repair program ... says things are fine. Unless anyone has any suggestions ... I'm going to wait it out till I can do a reformat but first need to finish some stuff and move it to servers.
