Netscape / 570 User Identification Failure

While on Netscape I am constantly getting 570 User Identification Failure error page when browsing. Page refresh usually will load the intended page but at times with the error message still visible.
Any clues as to why this is occuring recently. Happens about 75% of the time.

I am having the same problem. Only, now I cannot get on line via netscape at all. Any ideas?
