This is the situation:
When I click on Start and move my mouse over "All Programs" , nothing happens
. If I click on "All Programs" nothing happens . How do I get Windows XP H.E. SP2 to display "All Programs"

Hi welcome!
Are you just not able to access the Programs through via the start menu? Can you navigate with explorer to "C:\Program Files\"?
