My computer is always making a clicking sound like a page is opening or refreshing. This happens when I have my browser open and when I am playing anything on my windows media player. The page or player will lock up for a second and then it will click like the page is refreshing but its not. Is there another program open that I don't know about? I only have my browser open now and it is still doing it! How do I fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Ona web page, click tools, internet options, advanced, tick empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed, tick do not save encrypted pages to disc, click apply

Click the general tab, click delete files, click delete cookies, click delete history

Close IE then open it
