Looking for good free windows utilities

I fix nearly everyone I knows pc's. I used to use SystemSuite but now I can't load it on to a computer unless they buy it. I am trying to find a list of good utilties I can use or any number of computers. Things like registry cleaner/fixer, a really good defrag program, etc.
