Under the "Readings" tab, what are the temperatures listed on the right side of the window? They should look like the following:

now theres just Temp1 36C with an arrow pointing down

Temp 1 is normally the CPU temperature and 36*C is well within the normal operating range.

Are you having problems with the way the machine is running?

ya the bottom right side of my laptop has been heating up fast & hot.exspecially when Im on Myspace.& I noticed my battery dies super fast lately.Last night when I ran speed fan my temp was 53C.

53* is a bit hot...even for a laptop. Are the vents clean? You might consider a Laptop Cooler.

A laptop cooler should drop the temperature enough to keep you from having problems. Laptops and notebooks tend to run a little warmer than desktop machines, but a good rule of thumb is to get (and keep) the CPU temperature below 50*C.

By keeping the vents clean and maintaining good air circulation under the machine. A laptop cooler does the latter...it's up to you to keep the vents clear of dust bunnies...
