Blue screen of death

OK, I posted about this last week, well, it's still around. I turned off auto-restart so now when it shuts down it comes up with the blue screen. It says it's a problem with the file "mssync.exe". It only does this when I go to a VERY few sites or try to do a virus scan, disk cleanup, or Windows Update. It works fine otherwise. :blink: :whistling:
