Very SLOOOOOOW Computer

It was running fine yesterday. This morning it takes 30-60 seconds to do anything. Tried rebooting a couple times (which took over an hour the last time). Task manager shows nothing. It shows that the CPU is running at about 10%. Norton was trying to complete a scan when i got on it this morning.

I can get it to do things but you have to wait for it to complete before moving on.

Ideas?
