Unable to ShutDown Properly

Hello,

i am facing a problem when i restart my computer my computer is not shuting down. It stops at "WINDOS is shuting Down" so what should i do?

do you have norton antivirus (or maybe mcaffee)? if so make sure it's not set up to do a shutdown scan...sometimes the can cause lockups at shutdown
