Hi there,

I recently downloaded internet explorer 7 and when i go on it, its amazing.

But the only thing is, browsers like internet explorer 6, firefox, opera etc all display the text differently.

On internet explorer 7 the text is kind of blury and it is not sharp. Is it ment to be this way?

Also...

1) Is internet explorer a beat testing at the moment or is it officially relesed?

2) Are lots of people downloading it?

Last time I visted M$' download site for IE 7 it was still in Beta. As to the number of downloads, it depends on the sites that keep stats on this for IE 7. Might Google for stats for DLs on IE 7.0. I'm sure IE 7.0 will be a hit and very popular although I use Firefox. A lot of people according to some sites are DLing it:

The blurry text and unsharpness may be because you have not got ClearType turned on:

Right now I haven't a clue, but I would guess before the end of the year. Maybe someone else has kept up or has an inside with M$ and can fill us in on release date.
