Please help I have tried all possible, I am not to clued up on computers. But took the computer to a professional but came back the same.

I am using Windows98

Hi Mars

It will help clean your computer up a bit if you have some problems. After you've done all those things there are instructions on how to do a HijackThis log. This will help us see what is going on in your computer so we can help.

If you have trouble with following or doing any of it - post back and someone will be able to help you.
