I need a program that can incerease the tempo in a song without increasing the or decreasing the pitch...yea so if anyboyd could help me..that would be wonderfull.

hello and welcome to geekstogo,
Firstly please don't use caps as its viewed as yelling in forum and please don't bump your topic, if someone had some information to provide they would.
Secondly, my suggestion would be to use audacity its the best program available that i know of for audio editing. Best of all its free! :whistling:

Give it a try, I'm sure there'll be everything you'd ever ask for packed into that one program.
