Unsure of what has infected

The PC is running very slowly, and these pop ups keep coming up, but I'm not sure where to start searching and how to get it out.

The Trend Micro is fully up to date and cannot find anything, as well as up to date Windows Defender also no help.

Look forward to getting some advice and help.

I'm reasonably computer literate, but simpler solutions would be preferable.
