Keep getting that "dumping of physical memory" blue screen

i keep getting that blue screen that is telling me about dumping physical memory how do i stop it?

To turn off the writing of debugging info goto control panel -> system -> advanced TAB -> startup and recovery -> write debugging information and choose "none" from the drop-down list.

Hi Jaxonian...

Let's not turn off the debugging just yet.

There should be a cause listed on the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) as well as some numbers...that informations would be helpful. As BSOD's are usually caused by hardware or software conflicts, my next questions is, of course, have you installed any new hardware or software lately?

Have you tried uninstalling that from Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel? Where did she download the program from? Maybe this is malware related...
