Recently my internet is very slow in displaying stuff on the browser and my kid is complaining that his online game is lagging and having lag spike. This has never occur before and i checked with the isp and they said it has nothing to do with them. ( as usual )

I opened up event viewer and i saw this message.

"The system detected that network adapter \DEVICE\TCPIP_{B9B65-994D-42E6-A81D-530CCF77} was disconnected from the network, and the adapter's network configuration has been released. If the network adapter was not disconnected, this may indicate that it has malfunctioned. Please contact your vendor for updated drivers."

Is that the cause and how can i fix it ? thx for taking ur time to read all those newbie's stuff.
