That depends on what starts as your system does. We would need to know exactly what starts as soon as you login to your username to know what you need and what you don't.

Go to start>>run and type in msconfig
Go to the start-up tab and uncheck the ones that you don't want at start-up. Make sure you know which ones are essential and which ones aren't. You can research at www.answersthatwork.com
