Hello all.

My friend says she forgot her password or didn't log in for a long time and was locked out of her user area.

she is the administrator and her son is limited user.
she can log into him but he only has limited use.
I told her to start in safe mode and click administrator and control panel and users and change her password.
She say's she tried but can't.
It gives her an error after she clicks on start in safe mode and the dlls come up it gives an error.
I was wondering if she could go into her sons login and go to
C:/WINDOWS/repair and copy the SAS file and go to
C:/WINDOWS/system32/config and paste it and then it should let her in.

Does anyone know if this will work?

Thanks for the help and later

Your friend
Butch Kimball
