outlook express msimn error, help please

When I try to open my outlook express I get this message:

msimn has caused an error....

the error is with MLANG.DLL

It won't let me open my mail!

Help!

Check out:

Microsoft's Data Base: Error Message with a Damaged Font or if the Mlang.dll File Is Not Registered. This may help solve your problem.

Thank you. I had restarted my computer and it did load outlook express that time. My computer seems touchy, so I'm not sure how well it will continue working <sigh>
