Hey everyone. Thanks for a great board.

I've been trying to solve a problem that is driving me a bit crazy. I'm currently running two Internet Browsers, Firefox (had been using the new 1.5.0.4) and IE (6.0.2800.1106CO). I use Firefox for 90% of my web work, but have to have IE to run a specific work program. Since my Firefox update (to 1.5.0.4), my computer is occasionally freezing when loading pages. Not sure of the technical term, but the freeze stops everything. My mouse cursor freezes where it's at, I cannot bring up taskmanager or otherwise restart, I've tried waiting it out, but I have to restart it from the tower. I've tried uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling an older version (I have the setup files still), but when I reverted back to 1.5.0.1, the problem reappeared. I have frozen up using both browsers now, so I'm not sure if it's either browser's fault, or something else entirely.

I've also tried noticing if there was anything particular or unique on the pages that it's happening on, but haven't found anything yet. The problem has happened on washingtonpost.com, nytimes.com, and other news sites. It typically happens while a page is loading (I can see that only half of the page is ready), but not if I'm just sitting and reading a page.

If anyone has any ideas, or could give me any help with this problem, I would appreciate it alot. It's hard to continuously restart my computer, especially if I have customers here at work. Thanks a lot in advance.
