Internet and router down at work

I called Verizon and they walked me though it. The rep took me into the router's website via the IP address, and then he got onto my computer using a screen-sharing session. Everything works fine now.

Thanks for the help. This site certainly is a big help (which is probably why everyone I know recommends it).

glad you got it working....did they say what the issue was? or did they just fix and ditch?

He said it was smoething with the router. I think he fiddled around with the IP address, and I had to change the Verizon password at some point, but he was going so fast through during the screen-sharing that I'm not sure what he did exactly.
