outlook express help!

Hey i have sprynet email and im trying to send email but i keep getting the error message number "0x800ccc0b" I tried changing the outgoing server from mail.sprynet.com to smtp.sprynet.com but it still doesnt work any suggestions please?!?!

Hi:

I take it you are using Outlook Express and not some other mail client? Take a look at these possibilities and if none shows a solution for you, then it may be that OE is damaged and needs to be re-installed:

This should be the settings for SpryNet I think:

Sprynet incoming mail server: pop.sprynet.com
Sprynet outgoing mail server: smtp.sprynet.com
