Hi tearing my hair out here I am a new user of powerpoint and had no idea about embedded and linked files .....I spent a month making a presentation which is 322MB, it has turned out really amazing the only problem is how do I share it ?? . I read the help topics on pack and go and seem to have done everything I am supposed to , I copied it to a 1GB MEM Drive, carefully following the help instructions , and again followed to the letter the instructions to unpack it onto another computer. To my disappointment when played on a different computer not all the effects are playing the ones that do not play are the ones added under custom animation ...emphasis and motion paths .
What I cant understand is how come that when I download the file from the MEM Drive to my computer, using the instructions for unpacking ........it works like a charm , nothing is missing, yet on another computer it is only 50 percent operational .
Please help so many hours and so much effort went into this presentation......I want to share it .
