:whistling: When I try to download Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 Beta, A message comes up that says " The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the "Destinations" disk and click ok. Use source 1. what is a destinations disk? This also has happened when trying to download updates for adobe reader7.What do I do. It will not let me close out of the download with out using the Task manager, and it will not let me up date.

you have a partial, corrupt installation

go here and read the MS KB article, then download the installer cleanup tool

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Install and run, then use the tool to clean up the DESTINATIONS and ADOBE setup routines and you shoudl be able to install them fresh
