Ok.. heres the situation
Today i downloaded a file off of this site and opened it.. which was very stupid i know.. i gave myself a lecture about it lol
Anyways.. Norton picked it up automatically and said it was a torjan.. but of course it did not delete it or do anything ( its very unreliable ) and now the internet disconects every 15 mins. or so.. and this weird thing happens.. it adds these user connections randomly ?

hello and welcome to geekstogo,

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

thanx
James
