Hello,
Recently this error has been popping up alot. Consistent computer lock ups and slow running programs. Ive downloaded most of the anti-virus, anti-spamware software as listed in the forum readme as suggested. I am ready to proceed, I just need someone to help me identify what I need to delete from my "hijack this" files. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and any help is greatly appreciated.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.
Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.
Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

taskmrg.exe <<<most likely in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32, if not then run a search and delete if if found.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\18fq9h.exe

Reboot normally and post a new log. How are things running now?
