mother board CPU upgrade

I need some help I have a eCollagePC machine it's 11/2 years old in may I had trouble with the PC booting and ecollage support said it was a bad mother board which is a ASUS P4P800-E with a 3.6 ghz pentium 4
I sent the board to ASUS (still under warranty) and they repaired it now the machine won't boot again and ecollage support said it is the mother board again. I really can't deal with sending the board to ASUS and having to wait the turn around time. can you suggest a replacement / upgrade mother board processor combo that will work for gaming with this set up.

raidmax 420w power supply
1 gig ddr 184 pin pc400 memory
nvida fx5700 graphics card
160 gig ata harddrive
