Hello,I'm new here as you can see and yes I am terrified of computers ( real name is Marje ) but that was taken,hello the other Marje.My problem is something called BZB Dialer,I have entered the name on your site but nothing specific with that name came up.I have been scanning all day long with AVG,Hijack this,Xoftspy,Bazooka.....the list is endless and just as I think it's all gone I get another message,here's a few examples - c:\windows 22E Tmp.exe
c:\ windows\ temp\ win 169.tmp.exe
c:\ windows \ temp\win 172.tmp.exe
There are several more,too many to mention,please can anyone help? Thank you

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
