Hi. My university uses Outlook Express Online for out university email address. I can log in and everything but whenever i click on new message in order to write an email to someone, a box pops up like it's going to load and then the box just stays all gray and says ! An unknown error happened. I have restarted and got back onto my account and it does this every time i try to open up box to write a new message to someone. Any advice on what to try? I would like to be able to send messages to my teachers through this email account. Thanks.
