My brother's internet is having issues, where only small pages can load, and large pages, like Hotmail, take a long time to load, then the page comes out awkward.

The internet connection itself, is fine, but various things on the computer that require internet doesn't work.
He cannot update his Ad-aware or Spybot, and cannot log into msn.

edit: Also items that are suppose to move, like advertisements, or javascripts don't work

Internet seems to be okay, but loads very slowly, and when it comes to stuff like hotmail, images are missing, replaced by an 'X'
