[/b]Dear all, I have installed Creative Webcam Driver. But i have problems detecting the hardware after that.
Error Message reads: Windows cannot start this hardware device because it's configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).
On the Add Hardware Menu, there is an exclamation mark for the Creative Web Vista.
Also, my scanner isn't working anymore. It was usable 2 weeks ago & the same exlamation mark shows on Add Hardware Menu.
Please advise.

Thanks!

Let's start with the scanner... This happened two weeks ago? What changes were made to your system just before it stopped working?
