I have the RX600 last week a message appeared on the printer screen that it required a service as parts may be worn out, it is 20 months old, I have reset the counter and it works fine as stand alone, but will not operate with commands from my computer, it goes through the motions but does'nt actually print anything on the paper.

I am not knowledgeable on the technical side of computing, so words of one syllable would be helpful.
