I click Run then enter (drive):,
Then ok
Window opens and in the boot file I click Setup (setup.exe)
InstallShield box opens and the blue dots proceed left to right
Dialog box then opens to choose language
I highlight English and click ok
OK Button stays in (clicked) seems to freeze an then I am back to the original "run" window.
What to do now?

I would try downloading the lastest version and try that, if you just want something to move files then i reccomend p2k commander or something similar.
