communicate with who? Microsoft?

I'm not sure what mechanism the customer preview program uses--beta testers have an entire website for reporting these bugs, as well as special usenet groups, but I do not know if the customer preview program had such a mechanism

There are MANY different emails for reporting bugs in all sorts of Microsoft Windows applications. You have to check their site for specifics. (say a WMP problem would be forwarded to WMP bug team email address)

If you are afraid of what the bug report might reveal, such as personal data in a snapshot of your system's memory, just don't send it. Although they claim that they won't use any personal information that may have been collected, if it's that personal, I wouldn't trust it because numerous people can potentially have access to your sensitive data. (MS employees, contractors, ISVs/Vendors, etc)
