Hey guys & gals

I saw that you posted some replys on this topic but it makes little sense to me.. this is not my machine but it is had 9211 infections of which about 8500 are by the above mentioned unhealable trojan.

Many of these files are valueble to their owner and if i can restore them i would love to.. Im not sure how to get the whole Hijackthis Log but perhaps you could steer me to the start line?

That will give you steps that will help you clean up 70% of the problems yourself. Then please download "Hijackthis" and run Hijackthis with log. Save the log file here: Malware Removal - HiJackThis Logs Go Here

When you have followed all these steps. A Geeks To Go Staff Member will help you fix your problem.
