Have installed Logmein - it is brilliant. Download from the net. I can access my computer from any computer anywhere with internet connection. I can file share and print - all remotely. I am delighted with it. Just thought I would share this info !!

i totally agree with you. I run a small IT/tech support firm here on Cape Cod and I use both logmein Rescue and IT reach; they are both SO useful and SO invaluable to my work. Do you ever post on their forums? they're really helpful if you ever have issues

No - I havent found that feature - must look. I am just delighted to be able to be at 'work' when I am not really there !!!!
