ping spike problem!help!

ok i have this problem like many ive had in the past and you guys have helped me every time so thanks.
Anyway i have this problem when every 60 seconds my wireless internet ping spikes like clockwork it went away for awhile but now is back im using netgear so if you guys could help out thanks in advance.

well lets see here i have a ping spike problem whats their not to get?
umm its a problem i need to get rid of it....
what else do you want?
i just need something to download to get rid of it or something.
