have a problem in that a program which i never downloaded myself keeps popping up and demanding payment, i have tried to take this out in the control panel add and remove folders, but get redirected to the internet site and particularly the site payment screen. furthermore, once on this screen i see a advise line stating that the program will stay on until they recieve a payment from me.

Can this program be removed and if so how.
