Animation?

i dont know whats exactly wrong, but no animations show up in any of my browsers (IE, firefox, opera..) i checked the browsers settings and everything is fine. is there something else that can stop web animations from playing? like anitvirus software or firewalls?

click start....set programs access and defaults....custom....scroll down...use java for virtual machine.
