Hi,
Ok im sorry if this post should be elsewhere, but i think it crosses a few sections.
Working all day on a friends computer, running Win 98, we finally removed a collection of viruses and malware he had managed to accumulate. Everything seemed much better until we came across some "invalid page faults" when viewing some web pages.
The main error was something like "IEXPLORE has caused an invalid page fault in module JSCRIPT.DLL at 0167:7c267e7f"

These errors are now cropping up all over the place, meaning the pages just shut down after our response. Another invalid page fault error named QUICKTIME.QTS occurred, and to be honest we are both baffled as where to start :whistling:

Is this just IE corrupted or something, do we still have viruses etc, or do we need to reinstall windows 98?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Leigh
