I am new to this and am looking for some help with a problem I have encountered.
Attempting to download the web builder from yahoo and I get a message after it is downloaded that an error occurred. I was told by a friend that it has to do with Norton security program and the Pack2, something to do with the 2nd update. All I know for sure is that I can not download the program. so anyone that has had similar problem or knows what i can do to fix this would be great

Norton Internet Security (Norton Firewall and/or Norton Antivirus) are incompatible with Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). You must either uninstall ALL norton applications or uninstall SP2. Either can be removed by going into Control Panel -- Add/Remove Programs. If you remove Norton be sure to replace it with an alternative antivirus and firewall. Don't rely solely on the Windows Firewall-- it's inadequate even with the SP2 update.
