Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Go Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall:

You should print out these instructions, or copy them to a NotePad file for reading while in Safe Mode, because you will not be able to connect to the Internet to read from this site.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

• Restart your computer
  
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  
• Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  
• Choose your usual account.

Once in Safe Mode, open the SmitfraudFix folder again and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Download LSPFix.exe to a convenient location. Do NOT run this program. This is only to be used if you lose Internet Access after removing NewDotNet.

To Get rid of NewDotNet, go to:

Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and remove the following:

New.Net Applications or New.Net Domains (anything that says New.Net)

If it is not there, go here and follow Procedure 4: NewDotNet Removal Procedure 4.

In the event that you lose Internet access after removing New.Net, please double-click LSPFix.exe that you downloaded earlier. Check the "I know what I'm doing" button. You will see 2 panels. If there is any file listed in the "Remove" panel on the right-side, leave it as is and just click "Finish>>" then reboot your computer and you should now have access to the Internet. If nothing is listed under the "Remove Panel", do NOT do anything - just close the program. You will need to use another computer to come back here for further instructions on what to do.

Go Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall this program if present:
Network Monitor

Open Notepad and copy in the text below:
sc stop Command Service
sc del Command Service
sc stop Network Monitor
sc del Network Monitor

Save it as fix023.bat to the desktop. Double click on it and a screen will pop up quickly and disappear. This is normal. When the screen disappears, delete fix023.bat please.

Find and delete these folders:
C:\WINDOWS\RGVOeg\
C:\Program Files\Network Monitor\

Find and delete this file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lt0027dmg.dll

Restart your computer and post a new HJT log please.

no i don't know what USAR is...

then with this fix023.bat i did it then a black thing like that cmd prompt appeared...but it didn't diappear...so what'll i do..?

then you told me to delete the RVGOeg folder, i copied the destination and my pc found it but i don't know how to delete it...it doesn't appear in the search thing..

there's no network monitor in my program files

the only thing i deleted was the lt0027dmg.dll

del fix23.bat

Save it as fix23.bat to the desktop. Double click on it and a black box should appear quickly then disappear.

Command doesn't want to go very easily...

If you can, find and delete this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\RGVOeg\

If you can't delete it, try this.

Please download the Killbox by Option^Explicit.

Note: In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.

• Save it to your desktop.
  
• Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
  
• Select:
  • Delete on Reboot
    
  • then Click on the All Files button.
  
  
• Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

• Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
  
  
• Click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click OK at any PendingFileRenameOperations prompt (and please let me know if you receive this message!).

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run Killbox, click here to download and run missingfilesetup.exe. Then try Killbox again.

Try now to delete the folder.

Go to Start > Run and type Services.msc then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the below service:

Command Service (cmdService)

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, under the General tab click the Stop button, then click the drop-down box to change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok.

Open HiJackThis, click on None of the above, just start the program. Now, click on the Config button (bottom right), click on Misc Tools, then click on Delete an NT Service. A window will pop up. Enter the below item into that field (make sure there are NO spaces before or after the name):

cmdService

Click OK.

It should pull up information about the service, then ask if you want to reboot. Click YES.

Please post back with a new HJT log as well as letting me know if you could delete the folder.

i can't download killbox coz it always says cannot find server

then my cmdservice is stopped already but i can't delete it...when i tried to click on the start button, it says that it cannot locate the file...

then i have a new problem...

I apologize for the problem. We need to restore your computer to two days ago.

Please go Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore and click it. Choose to restore from 2 or 3 days ago. Choose okay. Let it restore.

Please post back with a new HJT log and tell me if you still get the error.
