Hardware Used to print on DvDs and to print cases

Does anyone know of any good cheap hardware/software to print on a DvD and to print out DvD cases? Also preferbably cheap ink.

A printer and a copy of Paint? :whistling:

Or alternatively, a Lightscribe DVD Writer and some lightscribe disks, plus a printer and some paper. :blink:
