I've tried everything here http://www.geekstogo...ems-t28727.html with no results.
I get no beeps nothing on the monitor no output of any kind. The fans turn on but other than that I get nothing.


Specs:
MOBO: ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 ULi M1695 ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 FX60 Toledo 2000MHz HT Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model ADAFX60CDBOX - Retail

Video: AGP 6800 GT 256 mb

RAM: set it up using 1 stick of PC3200 512mb DDR400


[edit1:] This board has what appears to be the 4 pin 12V connector on it. is it absolutely mandatory to have that covered?

you should have the 4 pin connector plugged into it other wise your whole system will not work.
