In Firefox open a Bookmarks window from the Bookmarks menu (i thinks it's called 'arrange bookmarks' or 'organise bookmarks'. In the bookmarks window, choose 'File' - 'Save'. It will be saved as an 'HTML' file which you can import into IE. This is from memory as I no longer use FF, but I think it's roughly right.
