Explorer.exe running at nearly 100% alot, causing me to shut it off an

for some reason, my computer's explorer.exe is running in the 90's CPU range, and i can only go about 4 folders before it freezes up on me... my HijackThis log didn't show anything unusual (to me at least), but i'll post it anyway...
