this is the same topic as your previous post and yes it is a driver error. you need to update your drivers, most likely video or audio

Please keep everything in one post for the future

download Everest Home

http://www.geekstogo...d...=show&id=13

unzip it, install it, and then save a report and ATTACH it to your next post.

To do this, go to FILE > SAVE AS

put it on your desktop and give it a file name

Now click the ADD REPLY button on the bottom of this thread, click the BROWSE button beneath the text bo and navigate to your desktop, select your file and click the OPEN button, and then click the ADD THIS ATTACHMENT button next to the BROWSE button

Click Add reply button

I subscribe to all posts I am in....normally, this means that I get an email when people post, but I do not if you edit a post, as some people do.

I also get between 50 and 100 emails a help per day, so sometimes I miss a few

before we go hunting for drivers, I see everest is not reading your motherboard...and much of your stuff is integrated on the motherboard.

Is there a make and model on this PC?

the second error usually means hardware failure, overclocking failure, or overheating.

If you are not overclocking, and I doubt you are with a Compaq, then open the case and clean out the dust bunnies....still need the model number so I can find your drivers....
