hi i relly need help my monitor is showing brown lines all across it .....its completly covered with them i dont know whats causing it ......is there any thing i can do to find out whats causeing them someone help please....

Boot the PC, keep tapping F8 until you get options, choose safe mode, the screen icons will be bigger, but you just want to see if the brown lines are there

i dont know what the reset option looks like.....there is contrast and colour settings and other options that i dont understand

Can you try the monitor on another PC, or try another monitor on your PC

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on the right for display / video adapter / Monitor

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System


If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything
