i ran sfc /scannow still the same also serched for the file cant find it....and i dont have anything that cleans the reg

Click the + next to universal serial bus controllers, click each one, right click it, click remove, confirm, do this until it is empty, reboot

removed them all rebooted hardware wizard reinstalled them but still the same

Can you create a folder in my documents

Download and save this to it

Open the folder you created, left click the file, click copy, copy to system32 / drivers

You don't need to open it, click it so it highlights then click copy, copy to system32 / drivers folder
