PRINT SHOP 20 RUNING IN WIN XP PRO

If someone knows about it:

I install print shop 20 in windows xp sp2 PRO , pc machine is p4 1600 512 ram
I install completely the software but , wnhen i run the icon mesage error apears

says

i cant create directory c:docuements and settings / local/broderbund/ print shot/ 20

I look the directory, and it exist.....

I disactivate , uptdates, antivirus/ firewalll.......and dont work

note : the print shop is new... legal

I can`t comunicate with broderbund ....the web page dont help me

I need help
